Reservations - How Did you Hear?


Ask your guests how did they find you.


NOTE: 'How Did You Hear 'is only used for internal bookings and you can not enable them for online. If you wanted this option online then you would require to create a custom field see guide on this feature here



To add a new how did you hear about us option follow the below steps:


  • Settings
  • How did you hear
  • Add
  • Add a name for How how did you hear i.e Friend, Internet, Family Member etc 
  • Add



To delete or edit how did you hear about us follow the below steps:


  • Settings
  • How did you hear
  • To edit click edit next to the correct how did you hear option and from there you can edit the wording and click on update
  • To delete click edit next to the correct how did you hear option and from there you can delete that option


To add how did you hear about us on to the booking please see below: 


NOTE: This is attached to the customers profile and not just the one booking. 



View How Did You Hear About Us?


You can view how did you hear in the Running Order View:



Tip: You can edit what columns the Running order shows by following this guide 



To pull a how did you hear about us report follow the below steps:


  • Reports
  • Booking report 
  • Click on the 'booking details' tab at the top left hand side
  • On the right hand side filter the information you require
  • Make sure you add a filter for 'How did you hear about us' 
  • Select the how did you hear from us options you want to run the report for
  • Run report
