You may receive requests from guests to delete their customer profile from your database. 

Please follow these steps to do so:


Step 1: 

Go to Reports - Customer Reports - Customer List. 


Step 2: 

Within the Report, click on Customer Deletion request





Step 3: 

Add the customer specific details of the profile you wish to locate, and then delete. 


This can include First name, Second name, email or all three. 


We would suggest searching by email where possible to ensure the correct profile is located. 


Click the ''edit'' button next to the profile in question. 




Step 4: 

Once you have clicked edit, the customer profile page will open up in full. Scroll to the bottom and you will see a delete option. 





Please Note: Profiles with future and upcoming bookings will not be permitted to be deleted. 

Please ensure the guests future bookings are cancelled prior to deleting their profile.
