Have you made changes to your diary which has caused your booking unallocated or be displaced resulting in an orphaned booking?


Rather than sifting through each day to locate the unallocated/orphaned bookings you can create a report to view which dates these are on


When to use the unallocated booking report


You can use the unallocated booking report if you have:

  • made changes to your service times resulting in unallocated bookings
  • or a booking import has been made with no tables assigned


To create the unallocated booking report, go to reports - booking reports - booking reports - top left change to booking details - far right select the venue you want to report (if you are a group) - keep as visit date and enter date range - under add filter select booking status and select unallocated - run report:




Once the report has generated you then have the option to export it to a CSV file.


When to use the orphaned booking report


You can use the orphaned booking report if you have:

  • created a new segment


To create the orphaned booking report, go to reports - booking reports - orphaned booking report - enter the date from today's date onwards - generate report:
