To view feedback summited by your customers go to reports - customer reports - feedback report - top left change to feedback details - far right filter what you want to report on - run report.


On the report there is an actions column, here you can add a response to the review:




When you add a response this is shown on your Dish Cult listing under the submitted review if the review was submitted as public:




To flag a review for removal, contact us through the help section on your diary and create a new ticket, please let us know the review details and why you want the review removed.

Please note - ResDiary will not remove or moderate a review simply because it is a negative review.
