The integration is available exclusively to customers in New Zealand.
Are there any associated costs with the Restaurant Hub integration?
Yes, there is a commission charge associated with bookings via the Restaurant Hub listing, and its affiliates, however the integration will be free of charge.

Will I be able to manage my venue details on my listing on Restaurant Hub?
Restaurant hub will build you a tailored listing featuring venue information, highlight special offers, detailed menus, and reviews via TripAdvisor. If you need to make changes to the information on here at any time, please contact support@restauranthub.co.nz
How does my ResDiary availability show on Restaurant Hub?
Using the ResDiary API, Restaurant Hub retrieves real-time availability directly from your diary. The availability displayed on Restaurant Hub aligns with your diary configuration, including any promotions or channel-specific settings tailored to the Restaurant Hub channel
Will I be able to control availability shown on Restaurant Hub?
Yes, all of your ResDiary settings related to availability, including yield management and closeouts, will automatically be reflected in the availability displayed on Restaurant Hub. Additionally, you can manage availability specifically for the Restaurant Hub channel through the "Manage Bookings by Channel" feature, giving you greater control over how your venue's availability is presented to Restaurant Hub customers.
How far in advance will customers be able to book on Restaurant Hub?
The advance availability on Restaurant Hub will correspond to your diary settings.
Will promotions display on Restaurant Hub?
Yes, the integration supports promotions. To ensure your promotions appear on Restaurant Hub, make sure they are assigned to the Restaurant Hub channel in the promotion settings. Navigate to Promote > Promotions > Edit Promotion > Channels to configure this.
Can I request payment or card details from bookings via Restaurant Hub?
Yes, the integration supports payments and follows your diary configuration. If your diary is set up to request payments or card details for bookings, this will also apply to bookings made via Restaurant Hub.
Will my minimum/maximum party size rules still apply?
Yes, your diary settings for minimum and maximum party sizes will be reflected in the availability shown on Restaurant Hub.
What customer fields and custom fields will show?
The information on ‘First Name’, ‘Surname’ ‘Telephone Number’, ‘Email’, and ‘Booking notes’ will show on Restaurant Hub. Custom fields will not show on Restaurant Hub.
Will customers be able to input 'Special Requests'?
The Restaurant Hub booking form does include the option to add special requests or booking notes.
Will I be able to see that a booking was created via Restaurant Hub or its affiliates?
Yes, all bookings made through Restaurant Hub will clearly indicate their source as Restaurant Hub via the channel id, allowing you to easily identify where each reservation originated.
When a booking is made on one of Restaurant Hub’s affiliate platforms the channel id remains Restaurant Hub however a booking comment referencing the affiliate platform/ source is included with the booking.
Can diners edit or cancel their booking via Restaurant Hub?
Restaurant Hub does not currently offer the option for diners to edit or cancel their bookings. However, they can do so using the ResDiary booking confirmation email or Dish Cult if the diary is to configured to allow online modifications.
