How to Login to Nollie/Reset your Password

Go to https://app.nollie.ai/sign-in and add your Email and Password. 


If you don't know which email has been used, get in touch with your ResDiary contact who will be able to provide this for you. If you don't know your password, select Forgot Password? and add your email to receive a reset link. 



Dashboard

The dashboard section of nollie will allow you to view an overview of your customer database, past and upcoming campaigns/events as well as offering insights and recommendations to increase bookings and quick navigation buttons to key settings such as adding contacts and creating campaigns. 


Notifications

On the top right hand side of the screen a little bell icon will inform you of any news or notifications related to your account. This will inform you of any email bounces for contact clean up, new template creations, campaigns sent and account usage information. 

 

Customer Management

The customer section of nollie will allow you to add contacts, view all contacts, show all contact information/history and message contacts directly. It will also allow you to create lists.

Campaign Management

The campaign section of nollie will allow you to create campaigns, view all previous campaigns sent out and their statistics and view any draft campaigns created.

The settings section of nollie will allow you to update personal account and venue information, change user passwords and create new users and change billing information.
