Customer Management

The customer section of nollie will allow you to add contacts, view all contacts, show all contact information/history and message contacts directly. It will also allow you to create lists. 


How to create a new customer?

  1. Navigate to the Customer Tab on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Click + Quick Add
  3. Add contact's:
    • First and Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email 
    • Select their marketing preference (Opt in/Opt Out)
    • Add Address if know
    • Add any additional customer information you may have
  4. Click Save



How to view Customer profiles and Smart summaries?

  1. Navigate to the Customer Tab on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Click on the customer name for the profile you would like to view. 
  3. A pop up with show a quick customer summary on the right hand side of the screen.
  4. Click on View Full Profile > to view all customer information, history, stats and smart summaries.  



How to create a new marketing list?

  1. Navigate to the Customer Tab on the left-hand side of the page.
  2.  Select the Lists Tab and then + Quick Add.
  3. Give your list a name and description for easy recollection. 
  4. Select the type of list you are wanting to create
    • Dynamic - This list will automatically update to include/remove any new contacts that meet/do not meet the criteria
    • Static - A fixed list that will not automatically add any additional users. 
    • Customer Led - A fixed list which can be created by selecting your choice of individual customer profiles.  
  5. Click Next
  6. Choose from the quick list of automated options or choose to create your own custom list with special conditions. 
  7. Click Apply Conditions
  8. Scroll down to view your list criteria to ensure it is correct as well as customer preview. 
  9. Click Create List.


Can customers be deleted?

Yes! You can remove customers from the database by checking the box on the left of the customer you would like to delete and then selecting the Delete button. 


Can Customers be Merged?

When your database is imported, nollie will automatically merge all customer profiles that are 100% the same. When each campaign is sent it will also reduce the sending database to exclude multiple contacts which include the same email, so will never send a campaign to an email multiple times.


Improved merging is also in development to offer smart suggestions for any highly similar contacts to be merged by venue approval.
