Campaign Management
The campaign section will allow you to create campaigns, view all previous campaigns sent out and their statistics and view any draft campaigns created.
How to create a new campaign?
- Click on the Campaign Tab on the left side of the screen.
- Select + Create New
- Select the type of campaign you are wanting to create
- Automation - Functional/Utility Messages (please keep in mind this option does not include templates)
- Announcement - Used for one off announcements to ALL or a select List of specific customers. Example: New Menu Announcement for all customers or VIP event announcement to just VIP customer list.
- Ongoing - Used for ongoing automated messages to specific static or dynamic customer lists. Example: Birthday offer message sent each month automatically to all customers with a birthday that month (in order to send this a dynamic birthday customer list would need to be created, See: Nollie | Customer Management)
- Once you have selected your campaign type, follow the setup steps. Add the name of the Campaign, the date/time you would like it to be sent (DO NOT select the exact current time as when you then send the campaign this will be in the past). You will be able to select the static or dynamic list that you want the campaign to be sent to. For ongoing campaigns; you can also then choose how often you would like this to be sent. Once complete, select Next >.

- In the Choose Design section, there will be multiple pre-made templates that you can choose from to use for your campaign. This will include designs for common campaigns such as birthday messages, win back offers and monthly newsletters. Select the one you would like to use as a base template, then click Next >. You can also request new custom templates directly to the nollie team here!
- In the Create Content section you can add your actual email campaign information. You will be able to add the subject for the email campaign and then edit the design of the selected template. The main information to be updated here will include:
- Images
- Text Content
- Design or colour changes
- Adding correct booking links (Widget URL with channel tracking)
- Any attachments such as menus pdfs or other documents
- Once you are happy with your newly created email campaign click Save as Draft if not ready to send yet or Next> if you are ready to send.
- When you click Next, it will generate an option to add a test email to send to to double check the campaign before sending out the blast to all customer.

- Once the test message has been sent and checked, click Next > again.
- This will then generate a summary of the campaign sending information and Start Campaign can be selected to send the campaign to your selected customer list.

How to view the outcome of a previous campaign?
- Click on the previous campaign you want to view
- This will open a pop up on the right side of the screen with the campaign statistics as well as a previous of the campaign sent.

How to access and edit a draft campaign?
If you have saved a campaign as a draft you will find it in your Campaign tab.
Click on the email you would like to edit and this will open a pop up on the right side of the screen with a preview of the email and option to edit your campaign ready to be sent out. 
Can I duplicate a previous campaign?
Yes! A previous campaign can be duplicated by clicking on the three-dot icon on the right of the campaign you would like to duplicate and then selecting Duplicate.
