Settings Management
The settings section of nollie will allow you to update personal account and venue information, change user passwords and create new users and change billing information.
Account
The account settings will allow you to change your name and phone number or update your account password.
Venue Details
The Venue details setting will allow you to:
- Change your venue information - Venue Name, Address, Phone Number, Email
- Add links to social media accounts - Website, Facebook, Instagram
- View any special events added to your calendar (or request new ones to be added)
- View all current local assigned calendars (to align the system with correct public holidays and local events)
- View and Add Customer Tags (these tags can be added to customer profiles directly)
Integrations
The Integrations settings will show any connected integration partners, i.e. ResDiary.
Data Management
The Data Management settings will allow you to manually add additional customer imports from external sources. If you are coming from another marketing platform, or have another saved database, you may wish to manually add additional customers into your nollie account.
The nollie import template can be downloaded from this setting and imported, ensuring the bulk import contacts follow the structure of the provided template file, and are saved as CSV file.

Communications Settings
In the Communication Settings you can add:
- Venue logo
- Email signatures to include on emails
- Email logo
Team Management
The Team Management settings will allow you to view all users who have access to your nollie account. You will also be able to
- Change User Permissions
- Reset User Passwords
- Remove Users
- Add New Users
Billing
The Billing Settings will allow you to view and update your current nollie subscription information.

For accounts using SMS marketing, you will be able to top up credit here also as well as view current billing period, usage, invoices and transaction history for your account.
