Managing user information accurately is essential for keeping your Access Evo setup organised and secure. Whether you need to correct a user’s email address, update their roles, adjust their name and surname details, Access Evo provides a fast way to make these changes directly from the dashboard.
Manage your users
Follow the steps below to make changes to your users:
- Click Settings, User Management then Users.
- From the blue pop-up on the top of your screen right click Evo Platform.
- Click Open link in new tab.
On the new tab, ensure you are on the Members window.
Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.
Click the Three dots
icon next to your user.You have a few options:
Manage roles.
Change email address.
Change name.
Manage your roles
Organisation roles are valid for all Access products your user is a part of. This section explains how you can update your Access user roles within your members page:
- Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.
- Click the Three dots
icon next to your user. - Click Manage roles.
- Select your user organisation role from the following options:
- User: Can't edit your Access Evo members.
- Administrator: Can edit your Access Evo members.
- Under products, find ResDiary and click Manage Instances.
- Enable the tick box for the diaries your user can access and change the option on the dropdown menu from no access to user.
- Click Save Changes, then Confirm.
Change your email address
Follow the steps below to update your Access user email address within your member page:
- Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.
- Click the Three dots
icon next to your user. - Click Change email address.
- Type the new email on the text field.
- Click Change.
You should now receive an email from Access, go to your new email inbox.
Open the email and click Confirm.
Follow on screen prompts to complete the changes.
Change your user full name
You can follow the guidance below to update your Access user name:
- Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.
- Click the Three dots
icon next to your user. - Click Change name.
- Update your details then click Change.
Update your ResDiary permissions
You can follow the guidance below to update your Access user name:
- Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.
- Click the Three dots
icon next to your user. - Click Change name.
- Update your details then click Change.
Update your ResDiary permissions
You can quickly update what your users can access within ResDiary by following the steps below:
- Ensure you are on your ResDiary main page.
- Click Settings, User Management then Users.
Click the Edit
icon next to your user.Under Group, select your user permissions.
Click Save.
