Managing user information accurately is essential for keeping your Access Evo setup organised and secure. You can delete users from your diary or from your Access products when they are no longer needed. This helps keep your user list clean and ensures only active team members have access. Removing unused accounts also improves security and reduces the risk of unauthorised access.


Remove your user

You can either delete an user from all your access products or you can disable ResDiary access for that same user by following the guidance below.


Delete from all Access products

Follow the steps below to delete your user:

  1. Click SettingsUser Management then Users.

  2. From the blue pop-up on the top of your screen right click Evo Platform.

  3. Click Open link in new tab.

  4. On the new tab, ensure you are on the Members window.

  5. Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.

  6. Click the Three dots  icon next to your user.

  7. Click Delete added member.

  8. Click Yes.

Remove ResDiary access from your user

You can follow the steps below to revoke ResDiary access from your user:

  1. Click SettingsUser Management then Users.

  2. From the blue pop-up on the top of your screen right click Evo Platform.

  3. Click Open link in new tab.

  4. On the new tab, ensure you are on the Members window.

  5. Quickly find your user by typing the email on the search bar.

  6. Click the Three dots  icon next to your user.

  7. Click Manage roles.

  8. Under products, find ResDiary and click Manage Instances.

  9. Disable the tick box from all the diaries your user cannot access and change the option on the dropdown menu to no access.

  10. Click Save Changes.

  11. Click Confirm.
